⧫ Logging, triaging and assigning JIRA tickets to developers with the Producer

Role: Narrative Designer and Game Writer
With: Drop Bear Bytes
Core Responsibilities:
⧫ Designed and wrote over 25 main and side quests for Broken Roads.
⧫ Wrote and integrated item descriptions, tutorials and points of interest.
⧫ Edited the writing of other Narrative Designers for proofreading, character consistency and logic reasons.
⧫ Used in-house tools and Unity to integrate a majority of quests across the game.
⧫ Wrote test plans for external QA teams and internal testing efforts.
⧫ Collaborated with an Indigenous Consultant to ensure all Indigenous content and references were respectful and representative.
Espire 2 (Meta Quest)
Role: Junior Narrative Designer and Quality Assurance Tester
With: Digital Lode Immersive Media
Core Narrative Responsibilities:
⧫ Conducting design meetings with multiple disciplines to ensure the narrative was being reflected across the game.
⧫ Co-wrote dialogue, documentation and story beats for the single-player and multiplayer campaigns.
⧫ Integrated dialogue, cutscenes and UI text using Unreal Engine 4.
⧫ Sourced and directed voice actors.
Core QA Responsibilities:
⧫ Conducted meetings with developers to ensure tasks assigned for the current sprint were tested within a timely manner.
⧫ Performed daily Smoke and Regression tests on single-player and multiplayer campaigns.
